How to Apply – Step-by-Step Admission Process
Students can apply for admission through two convenient methods.
- Online Admission Portal
- Apply Directly at the LCPS Campus
Choose the option that is most convenient for you and carefully follow the steps below.
Check Your Eligibility Before Applying
Before starting your application, please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for your chosen program. Each program has specific requirements regarding previous qualifications, marks/percentage, and required subjects.
Option 1: Apply Online Through the Admission Portal
The LCPS Online Admission Portal allows you to complete and submit your admission application online and download your Admission Fee Challan.
Step 1: Complete the Online Admission Form
Visit the LCPS Online Admission Portal and carefully complete the admission application form by providing all required personal, academic, and contact information.
Important: Enter Accurate Information
While applying through the Online Admission Portal, enter all your personal and academic information exactly as it appears on your original academic and CNIC/B-Form documents. Please carefully check all information before submitting your application. If any information is found to be incorrect, false, misleading, or inconsistent with your original documents, LCPS reserves the right to reject your application or cancel your admission at any stage.
Step 2: Submit Your Online Application
After completing all required fields, carefully review your information and submit your application. Once your application has been successfully submitted, you can obtain your Admission Fee Challan from the portal.
Step 3: Download Your Admission Fee Challan
After successfully submitting your online application, download and print your Admission Fee Challan.
Already Applied but Did Not Download the Challan?
f you have already submitted your online application but did not download your Admission Fee Challan, you can download it later at any time.
Visit the Already Applied page and enter the following information:
- Your Name
- Father’s Name
- CNIC Number
- Selected Program
After verifying the required information, you will be able to download your Admission Fee Challan again.
Step 4: Pay the Admission Fee at Faysal Bank
Take the printed Admission Fee Challan to the designated Faysal Bank any branch and pay the required admission fee. Please make sure that the challan is properly processed and keep your copy safely for your record.
Step 5: Submit the College Copy to LCPS Accounts Office
After paying the admission fee at Faysal Bank, submit the College Copy of the paid challan to the LCPS Accounts Office.
Your admission will be confirmed only after the College Copy of the paid Admission Fee Challan has been submitted to and verified by the LCPS Accounts Office.
Option 2: Apply Directly at the LCPS Campus
Students who prefer to apply through the traditional admission process can submit their application directly at the LCPS campus.
Step 1 : Obtain and Fill the Admission Form
Visit the LCPS campus and purchase the Prospectus for Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable). The admission form is included in the prospectus.
Carefully complete the admission form and make sure that all personal and academic information is accurate and matches your original documents.
Step 2: Attach the Required Documents
Before submitting your admission form, make sure you have attached photocopies (not originals) of all required documents. Use this checklist to verify:
Matriculation (SSC / O-Level) certificate and mark sheet
Intermediate (FSc / ICS / A-Level) certificate and mark sheet
CNIC or B-Form copy of the student
CNIC copy of father/guardian
Passport-sized photographs (12 copies, blue background)
Step 3: Submit Your Complete Form to the Admission Office on the College Campus
Take your filled admission form, attached documents, and Admission Fee to our admissions office.
The College Admission Office will write the required fee amount on your form based on your chosen program.
Step 4: Submit the Form to the Accounts Office
Get Challan from Accounts Office → Pay at Faysal Bank
Submit College Copy to College Accounts Office → Admission Confirmed
