Step-by-Step Admission Process for Pharm-D, DPT & BS Programs
Applying for Pharm-D, DPT, BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, or BS Information Technology in Lahore? This guide walks you through every step – from obtaining the admission form to submitting it by hand at our campus. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid mistakes or delays.
Before you begin the application process, make sure you meet the minimum requirements for your chosen program. Each program (Pharm-D, DPT, BS-CS, BS-SE, BS-IT) has specific eligibility criteria regarding FSc/ICS percentage, mandatory subjects, and entry test scores.
Step 1 : Obtain and Fill the Admission Form
From our campus Purchase the prospectus (Rs. 1,000/- non-refundable). The admission form is inside.

Step 2: Attach the Required Documents
Before submitting your admission form, make sure you have attached photocopies (not originals) of all required documents. Use this checklist to verify:
Matriculation (SSC / O-Level) certificate and mark sheet
Intermediate (FSc / ICS / A-Level) certificate and mark sheet
CNIC or B-Form copy of the student
CNIC copy of father/guardian
Passport-sized photographs (12 copies, blue background)
Step 3: Submit Your Complete Form by Hand to the College Campus
Take your filled admission form, attached documents, and required fee (see Step 5) to our admissions office.
The College Admission Office will write the required fee amount on your form based on your chosen program (see table below).
Step 4: Submit the Form to the Accounts Office
Get Challan from Accounts Office → Pay at Faysal Bank
Submit College Copy to College Admission Office → Admission Confirmed
